Founding Program Partner Round

ClaimKey · Founding Program Partner Round

A limited strategic allocation of ClaimKey (CKT) for selected ecosystem partners supporting the launch of the ClaimKey infrastructure, Whistle42, and ClaimBack Hub.

Limited strategic round Invitation / review based Utility token only No ROI language

This page is addressed to potential strategic Program Partners only. It is not a public retail offer, not investment advice, and not a promise of allocation, liquidity, returns, redemption, listing or future token rights.

Why this round exists

Before the official launch of ClaimKey, the project intends to onboard a limited number of Founding Program Partners whose expertise, networks, operational capabilities or ecosystem roles can strengthen the real-world utility of ClaimKey and the quality of the wider infrastructure.

The objective is not short-term distribution volume. The objective is to launch ClaimKey with credible ecosystem alignment around two core use cases: Whistle42 for qualified whistleblower intelligence and ClaimBack Hub for qualified claim intake activity.

Founding Program Partners may support the ClaimKey infrastructure in areas such as whistleblower intake, claim registration, evidence handling, partner routing, compliance workflows, research support, technology, distribution or ecosystem development.

Who this round is for

Whistleblower-aligned partners

Partners able to strengthen protected reporting, evidence intake, whistleblower support, intelligence quality or secure follow-up workflows.

Claim intake partners

Organizations that can support claim registration, documentation workflows, victim guidance, case structuring or partner routing through ClaimBack Hub.

Compliance & risk specialists

Specialists in AML, fraud, payments, digital-asset compliance, investigations, legal-tech, case review or cyber-financial intelligence.

Distribution-capable strategic partners

Partners with credible ecosystem reach, qualified user access, operational capabilities or relevant networks that can support launch quality and utility adoption.

How Program Partners fit into ClaimKey

ClaimKey is designed as a utility, reward and access token inside the ClaimKey ecosystem. The issuer is intended to act as operator of the ClaimKey infrastructure and to make token-based utilities available through designated ecosystem interfaces.

  • Whistle42 serves as the protected whistleblower and intelligence-intake interface.
  • ClaimBack Hub serves as the claim intake and coordination interface for eligible claim registrations.
  • EFRI may connect to the infrastructure as an independent partner under written agreements for claim review and related support functions.
  • Program Partners help strengthen ecosystem quality, reach, utility, governance, infrastructure and adoption before and around launch.

The Founding Program Partner Round is therefore positioned as an ecosystem-building step, not as a speculative retail campaign.

ClaimKey utility focus

ClaimKey may be used within the ecosystem for program-based rewards, recognition, access and participation functions.

  • Rewards for qualified whistleblower intelligence submitted through Whistle42;
  • Claim Intake Rewards for qualified claim registrations through ClaimBack Hub;
  • Access or participation functions for selected ecosystem workflows;
  • Partner-related utility and collaboration features under separate written documentation;
  • Programmatic recognition of eligible contributions, subject to compliance controls and Program Terms.

What selected partners may receive

Strategic token allocation

A negotiated allocation of ClaimKey under separate partner documentation, compliance review and applicable restrictions.

Founding partner status

Recognition as a Founding Program Partner, subject to approval, final documentation, brand-use rules and compliance acceptance.

Utility access

Early access to selected ecosystem workflows, partner channels, intake logic, dashboards, documentation processes or launch-related coordination tools.

Ecosystem collaboration

The possibility to collaborate in defined areas such as whistleblower intake, claim intake, research, partner routing, technology or program development.

What partners do not receive

  • No ownership interest in the issuer, Operator, ClaimBack Hub, Whistle42, EFRI or any ecosystem partner;
  • No dividend, profit-share, interest, repayment or redemption rights;
  • No guaranteed liquidity, listing, market-making or buy-back commitment;
  • No claim on issuer assets, treasury assets, recoveries, settlements, damages or partner proceeds;
  • No automatic right to future token structures, future rounds or future financial products;
  • No right to influence whistleblower handling, claim review, partner independence, editorial decisions, investigations or case treatment;
  • No right to determine whether a claim is enforceable, recoverable, pursued, financed, monetized or settled.

Claim Intake Reward separation

ClaimKey may be allocated as a Claim Intake Reward for the qualified registration of a claim through ClaimBack Hub.

This reward is linked to the intake action itself — meaning the complete and eligible submission of a claim into the ecosystem workflow — and not to the claim’s economic value, enforceability, recoverability, monetization potential or ultimate recovery outcome.

Any claim review by EFRI or another partner is separate from the Claim Intake Reward and does not create financial rights for ClaimKey holders.

Round principles

Limited

This round is intended for a selected group of strategic partners, not for broad public distribution.

Reviewed

Participation is subject to partner fit, legal screening, sanctions review, reputational assessment and compliance acceptance.

Documented

Final participation requires separate documentation and may include transfer restrictions, legends, lock-ups or other controls.

Compliance-first

Jurisdictional, KYC, AML, sanctions, wallet and reputational risk checks may apply before admission or access to materials.

EU / MiCA positioning

ClaimKey is intended to be structured as an EU-facing utility, reward and access token project. The final issuer, competent authority and filing route will be specified in the final whitepaper and related documentation.

The Founding Program Partner Round is designed to support ecosystem alignment and infrastructure development. It must not be understood as an investment offer, a securities placement, a promise of market value, or a guarantee of future liquidity.

Any access to partner materials, token allocations or participation in the round is subject to applicable law, Program Terms, separate documentation and compliance review.

How the process works

1) Request access

Interested strategic partners request access to Founding Program Partner materials.

2) Screening

The project reviews partner fit, jurisdiction, sanctions exposure, reputation, strategic relevance and operational role.

3) Materials shared

Approved parties may receive a partner memo, term overview, legends, risk notices and next-step documentation.

4) Separate documentation

Final participation is documented separately and remains subject to legal, regulatory, technical and compliance conditions.
